About us |
Winner of two national UK Housing Awards in 2006, we are the leading programme in the country for delivering loan based housing assistance for vulnerable homeowners. |
 |
By working in partnership and bringing together Local Authorities and key stakeholders we are able to support vulnerable homeowners improve their properties or move to better surroundings through home improvement services and the use of affordable loan products. This improves the quality of their lives, addresses poor housing conditions and regenerates neighbourhoods.
